The CARR-E is the mobility device that won the Ford Last Mile Mobility Challenge. It looks a little like a massive pill, or a Roomba vacuum cleaner, and you ride it just like a Segway. There’s not much style but a lot of thought has gone in to figuring out how to get around inner cities as streets clog and parking lots disappear. Ford’s answer to grid lock.
